In 2019, ACEMS formally welcomed the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy as a new Industry Affiliate Member of the Centre’s Industry Affiliate Program. We look forward to future research collaborations, and expect there may be more opportunities in 2021, including as we initiate a new collaboration with a world leader in predictive maintenance, which serves this mining industry, and explore other ideas including a datathon, and possible contributions to remediation.
